C&R LICENSE QUESTION
If I apply and am granted this license, do I have to have a bound book? Can I buy and sell freely with this license? I am not buying and selling as a dealer, but as a gun trader. Do the rules of FFL apply? Wher can I get all info before applying? Thanks to all replies.

Can you verify a C&R license using the FFL EZCHECK on the BATF website ?

No. You have to call the licensing division and they will verify it for you. 0 -
Not on line. You can call them at 1-877-560-2435. I've verified 3 or 4 C&R FFLs through them and it only took a couple of minutes each time, from the time I started to make the call. 0
