savage 99 bolt face question

I want to rebarrel a savage 99 in 303 savage to a 300 savage, for which I already have the barrel for it. My question is :
Does the bolt face of the 303 savage have to be reworked or will it accept the 300 savage cartridge??

  I am curious as well and truly a great question, so I moved it here.
  I could see some issues, going from a .505 rimmed to a .473 rimless
  Also, the rotary magazine might be also an issue. However it might be just as simple as swapping out parts. Not sure.

  This is not a project for simplicity. The rotary magazine is cartridge/family specific and the bolt/extractor have to be replaced. Move on with the .303 or sell the rifle.
