Rust on coin finish engraving

I'm thinking about buying this gun but the rust concerns me. Does the rust imply I will have a long losing battle with rust on the receiver? The seller has indicated that the spotting is rust.

  Clean that rust off as best you can, then keep it oiled. Rust should not be a problem.

  keep paper towel. wet with Kroil for 24 hours then use stiff tooth brush . then coat with renaissance paste wax.
