Trigger stick shooting rest

I just bought a mono trigger stick shooting rest as I am unable to hold a rifle like I used to due to both shoulders being totally replaced and the bottom section collapses when I lay my rifle in the cradle. Has anyone else had this problem or is mine just defective? Thanks for any info. Terrill.

  Hi...Be sure that the knurled collars are tightened...these prevent collapse of the sections. BT
