C&R "original configuration"
I've been reading a few of the C&R posts, and notice the "original configuration" keeps coming up as a grey area. So I have a question.
Winchester Mod 94, 32 win special carbine.. listed as a C&R for sale.
prospective buyer runs serial number, a Cody check finds it should be a Mod 94 32-40 rifle...
Is it still C&R?

Yep. It's still in original configuration and I seriously doubt ATF checks with Cody to confirm the original caliber. 0
