C & R OK???

Hello troops---I've never had to verify a C & R gun before. Where can I find this list?? Current gun is a 1924 Win. model 94. It certainly meets the 50 yr. requirement. THX HAWKSHAW

  All pre-1964 Winchester 94's are C&R eligible per BATF.

  To be even more precise, all pre-64 Winchesters regardless of the specific model are C&R eligible.

  I don't know if your buying or selling the Winchester? The problem is that some folks don't anything about C & R guns, and just don't want to educate themselves regarding them. Because of this they will only be willing to ship through a 01 FFL, not to a C & R licensee. In a way I can't really blame them, because the commie States like calli can spin the law anyway they want to regarding C & R guns, and who is or is not eligible to receive them.
