Saw something on the news the other day about illegal handguns in one of the US territories (guam maybe?).
Anyway, are the territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, USVI, etc) covered by the constitution?

Right. But not really much worse than chicago, nyc, etc - and the citizen benefits go along. Which is why I was wondering - shouldn't Heller and McDonald rulings be helping them out?0 -
