    I haven't personally dealt with them, however I read several gun-related forums. A lot of people have had bad dealings with them, getting the wrong item, long delays, or not getting anything. That being said, the consensus appears to be that if you buy an item that they show as being in stock, and if you're willing to deal with possible disappointment, they have some very nice prices on some things.

    I made the mistake of buying from them once. ZERO customer service, and I needed it. They emailed me stating that my order had been received and shipped, but 2 weeks later still had not received. They did not respond to any of my emails or calls (just went to voicemail). Then they emailed me another time stating that the item had shipped, and it showed up a few days later, but with no receipt or packing list. I emailed them looking for a receipt (needed so I could get reimbursed. They told me that they don't sent receipts or packing lists with their orders. Very unprofessional people to deal with.[:(!]

    I ordered Serpa Taser Holsters from Botach Tactical a few years ago..they had a good price...said they were in stock...took 4 months for them to come in....

    I bought a couple 2009 Fuji Patrol Bikes from Botach a few months ago, again a screaming good deal, but this time the bikes arrived quickly with no hassle..saved hundreds on the retail price....would never have checked them out again had I not received an e-mail flyer...so your email advertising works.... keep it up!

    Botach has awesome prices. sometimes i have recieved my complete order quickly , about as often there has been way too much drama involved. i know they worked to improve 2 years ago, but i have sorta quit bothering

    I have seen this topic/company come up on other forums, and they always have rep jump in from the company and state that everything is fixed and they had a few problems. I think they must google their name everyday to see what was written about them so they can jump in and defend themselves. If they spend have the time actually taking care of customers and answering phones/emails they wouldn't need to defend themselves on forums. I find it odd that of the people that replied, not one said they were a great company and easy to deal with. I hope they get things turned around, but I won't be using them again.
