Obviously I already did or wouldn't be asking and fyi google isn't the answer to everything, apparently I didn't get the answers that I needed or was looking for, got plenty of parts, kits, ads and such but not really anything on steel ar15 lower complete receivers.

DPMS made SS lowers but I believe they have been recently discontinued. There might be some dealers who still have them on the shelf, but you are going to have to look around.

Have been looking all over and surprisingly am not finding anything; thought there might be someone manufacturing them, but maybe not.
Will keep looking though, if someone comes across any please post it.

Group Industries made them.
I have one that is full auto but they also made them in semi.
