western field scope manuf???

i have an older westernfield (ward's) rifle scope marked 3-6X15 60-1205 on the other side it is marked Japan ELT and under that something that looks like a banner with the letters IGHT over SUWA. does anyone know who made this? thanks in advance

  That scope you describe is most likely made by Tasco.
