Steyr Pro Hunter vs Vanguard Sub MOA vs Others ?

Looking over all the manufacturers linups and need some outside thinking on SS 243 win.with Non wood Stock.I do not reload,use off the shelve Ammo. Presently use 308 Win.Sako action custom and 300 Weatherby Mag for hunting and general shooting.
Want a sub MOA shooter out of the box. My feeling is to avoid Used like Sako,Remington etc because "Why is for sale" sticks in the back of my head.I do not want to get something and then start spending more dollars to make it shoot.
The Steyr and Vanguard Sub MOA look good to me.I also read so much on the GB site about Savage,question is which Savage model is the hot shooter in the 243 Win.?
My hunting is slowing down to mostly Antelope and smaller deer,possible varmint and target practice for keeping skills up for the hunts.
Thanks for the help.The more you look at all all the rifles that are marketed the harder the choice becomes,they all claim the best made out of the box. Thanks for the comments

    If you are going to limit yourself between the two you listed, then it is Steyr. If you want another suggestion, then I say the Tikka T3. They are one of the most ergonomic, and accurate best values on the market...at any price.

    Forget the Vanguard, the Howa 1500 is the same rifle for less. Of the two, the Styer. I have the model 96 SBS and it is the most (German, right) engineered rifle I own, closest tolerances finest finish etc.

    I have a Steyr Pro Hunter and it is a sub MOA rifle,but I also have a Stevens 200 that is a sub MOA rifle.Both are 308.

    Yeah, from an engineering standpoint it is the same.

    As stated - if price is a factor, Tikka T3 probably shoots as well out of the box as any of them.
