Need info on a couple of firearms

I buddy has these and wanted some info and possible value.
The first one has no marking and the barrel mics about .600 dia
The second one only has the markings in the pics plus a serial number and the end of the barrel mics approx .360.
Need more info or pics let me know.

  Have no idea what that thing on the top is, but who ever took a wire wheel to the one on the bottom completely devalued it.

  The pistol appears to be one of the "tourist" type pieces that come out of Indian subcontinent. Never meant to be a functional firearm, sold as a decorator/conversation piece.
  
  The Wurfflein Tip-up rifle might have some value. It was made by the famous Wurfflein family in Philadelphia. Dating to the late 19th Century. Since there were various models with nickel plated frames and blued barrels it might have not been buffed. The checkered wood gives the appearance of it being one of the higher grades. Take it to a knowledgeable antique gun dealer for a hands-on. it might be worth some money?

  The current Flayderman's Guide lists a value of $950 for the Wurfflein Tip-Up Rifle with checkered pistol grip and checkered forend in Very Good condition, but as Leeblackman states, it has been devalued by abrasive cleaning. It would have originally had a nickel plated frame and buttplate and blued barrel.
