    Well you could start by looking up data on Hodgon's website,
    or go buy a loading manual. (old one at a second hand book store)

    48th Ed Lyman list a suggested starting load of 54.0 gr of IMR 4350 for a 200gr jacketed bullet and a max of 60.0gr. for the .348 Win.
    Dang!!!! That's 30=06 territory there. Taking that into consideration, suggested starting load for a 220gr '06 load using IMR 4350 is 49.0gr.

    All that being sayed. Lee suggests H4895 starting at 42.3 with a max of 47.0gr in a 250gr jacketed bullet in the .348.
    There is a load using H (NOT IMR)4350 starting at 49.7gr and max as 55.0gr. for the .348.

    Your results may vary.

    Seems the Hogdon and IMR powders have nearly the same burn rate, They MAY be interchangeable.
