I have a Glock 40cal. I have put about 100 rds through it and like it. My question is glock 40 vrs glock 45. The 40 cal is my home defense gun. I am considering going to the 45 cal instead. Is it worth it?

With this gun I dont think there is much in the way of holsters when the can is mounted. Any holster you would have is basically a pouch.0 -

I have to say, that is one heck of a pinky extension, and I like the flash and sound hider![:D][:D][:D]
Now to the serious side, I have Trijicon night sights, a 3.5# connector, and a slidestop/release extension(factory) on my 19. The slide stop/release, is the most noticible!

5.5 lb is light enough for me, Glock doesn't recommend the 3.5 lb for defensive guns, competition guns only
I had a G35 with the 3.5 lb and didn't notice a huge difference anyways0
