Winchester Model 101 Shotguns

I am looking for a source to date the manufacture of my O/U shotgun, I understand it was made in Japan and records may not be available. Would appreciate any help on where I can get this info. Serial # is K 164943

  Made from 63-87; yours is in the second sn range; @300K made. Bert H may have more info.

  Tried Bert he said he didn't have info on these shotguns.

  I bought my 101 new in 1967 with serial # 214xxx. Yours must have been made about 1965.
