antique bullet

I have an antique bullet that I need some information on. It is a total of 2 1/4" long. The bottle neck copper case is 1 1/2" long. The bullet diameter is .42 and the case diameter is .53. It is a rimfire with a U stamped on the back.

  Sounds like a .41-Swiss.

  its a 41 swiss made by UMC,,was discontinued in 1940/41
