I can tell you that the Glock 20 is a completely different slide/frame size(large frame) than the full size Glock 22 .40 S&W

Model 22 barrel 4.49 inches in length
Model 20 barrel 4.60 inches in length

I would check to see if there are aftermarket conversion barrels for the Model 20. Don't think you can use the factory 22 barrel

the magazine is completely different as well, your going to have the larger mag in the model 20, the 22 mag shouldn't fit

Lonewolf has conversion barrels for the Glock 20 for 357 sig & .40 s&w $114-$124

I am sure someone will disagree, but I have fired .40 s&w in a model
20 10mm Glock in a conservative estimate of 400-500 rounds with no
    problems/glitches/hangups/kabooms @ all.
Load .40 in 10mm magazine and chamber from mag.
Do Not insert loose round into chamber by hand.
After firing any amount of .40, remove barrel, insert unfired 10mm
round to make sure chamber is not fouled before firing 10mm.
Extractor will hold .40 against breechface and round will fire and cycle and feed another. And another and another...
Or you can install a conversion barrel with a shorter chamber and have
    Two barrels.
    Dave.

I have had a Glock 20 for several years. I have aftermarket 40S&W, 357Sig, and 9x25 barrels for it. All the calibers work with out any spring changes, and the 10mm mags work fine.

Well thanks for all the info, just one more thing...

P228, Oscat271, do you use lone wolf, storm lake, kkm, efk? If you have used them all then can you tell any differences between them, more accurate, anything other than price?

I bought a Storm Lake 40 S&W barrel, dropped it into my Kimber 10MM and it worked great, same mags, same springs. I would venture a guess that a 40 barrel will function in your Glock 10mm.

I would guess you would have no problem.
I have a glock 22 with the 9mm barrel conversions and it works flawlessly.[:)]
