Winchester 9422 high grade tribute Legacy
In 2005 Winchster produced the 9422 tribute rifle. It was made in three grades. the tribute, high grade tribute, and a very few of the highest grade. Total production was to be 9422. The total production was not reached. Would anyone know where I can find out the total production of this model and how many of each grade were produced. I have not been able to secure andy info from any of the winchester sites.

Called Browning, Winchester. Historian told me he has no record of
total production. He said the highest grade, which has gold inlay of the winchester rider on one side of the receiver and a gold plaque with the "9422 tribute" inscribed on the other side of the receiver accounted for 222 of the total production, however, he has no record of the total run or how may were the tribute, and how many were the high grade tribute.0 -

Pretty poor record keeping. I guess USRAC or FN Herstal don't care about Winchester history.0 -
