Some parts will, some won't. I'd ask on falfiles.com

This looks like a pre-89 Springfield Armory (Imbel made) receiver, which has had a shortened L1A1 parts kit built onto it. It appears that the receiver has been cut to allow the folding charging handle to work properly, however, I cannot see if the thing takes metric or inch type magazines from the pictures provided.

It's not as it was imported 21+ years ago.

Don't SAR48 rifles have a threaded muzzle with a removable flash hider?

I would think that unless they bubba'd the mag catch in the receiver that it would take metric mags.

Without knowing what they want for it, I'd avoid it - someone took a very nice pre-ban import that was all metric and made on licensed equipment and then started replacing stuff and grinding on the receiver. In fact, given a choice of this one or a Century for $700 I'd go for the Century.

The rifle pictured is from an old pic and was just an example to show the L1A1 wood furniture on the SAR48 and wasn't sure as to how they could have mounted it on there(alteration perhaps) since I thought that the parts weren't interchangeable from the SAR48 being metric and the L1A1 being inch but wasn't sure...

Anyone know if the SAR48 has a threaded muzzle with removable flash hider?
