    Sotomayer voting against the 2nd Amendment - that was as predictable as the scorpion tale from ancient times. She and Kagan will continue to vote in progressive and socialistic forms of judicial activism while firmly believing they are saving us from ourselves.

    Yet again, another ripple from the effect of the last election.

    I'm sure she would love to hear from the public congratulating her for lying to the US Senate and the American people just to get a job. Also, she may appreciate some education as to the definition of "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed", which most people at the 8th grade level can understand. Finally, she may need to be reminded that her responsibility as a Supreme Court Justice is to defend and uphold the Constitution, not to rewrite it based on her personal beliefs.

    Yeah, if I lied during a "job interview" and later acted out that lie on my job, I would probably be fired. That would be fair. But not in the world of liberals and especially liberal politicians.

    Lying is just one of their skill sets.

    I find it hard to believe she voted against anything yesterday. She was just confirmed and there are no cases that she could have heard or voted on. It is misinformed allegations that make us gun owners and users look like ignorant nut cases.
