Ohio Hi-Cap laws 40 rounder legal?
Okay, trying to understand the laws in OH. Here is the Ohio Revised Code from the ATF.
http://www.atf.gov/publications/download/p/atf-p-5300-5/atf-p-5300-5-ohio.pdf
Looks like any semi-auto with a clip of more than 30 rounds is considered an automatic firarm, unless it is a .22 S, L, or LR. 2923.11(E)
Automatic firearmns are dangerous ordnance. 2923.11(K)(1)
and 2923.11(L)(2)
Mags over 30 rounds are included by 2923.11(K)(6)
Dangerous ordnance is bad, mmkay. Possession of above is a felony. 2923.17 (A)
Am I correct in my interpretation here?

I forget the year the law changed. It was 20rounders were not legal. When it went to the printer, they put 30 instead of 20, and it was never changed. They have to catch you with a mag over 30rds. in the gun, if they want to enforse the law [;)] 0
