Can anyone help with this
Posting for a friend that would like to know value Very good no rust excellent pressure. It cocks has a strong spring

  this is what I found. it is in about 80% from what I can see from the poorly lit pictures. It does show some surface blemishes.

  I'm wondering if this is the same manufacture that made the Winchester pellet pistols. I've got one that looks very similiar to this one.
