Can anyone tell me anything about this manufacturer or revolver?

  Made in Germany by Weihrauch. Descent quality, last imported and sold bt E.A.A. in Fl. Funky made up name. Never were big buck guns. Pretty sure that the frames were alloy rather then steel. I wouldn't be paying top buck for one if you could use the same money to pick up a used S & W, ex police revolver.

  Only reason for inquiring is that one came up at a local auction and I had no info and online searching got me nowhere. I was thinking to use as a loaner for my non shooter friends if I could get it cheap enough.

  Thanks yearofspider I was searching EA/R and getting nothing. If it looks OK I might bid on it if the money is right. I will go tomorrow for inspection and your timely replies are greatly appreciated!
