Looks like it may have been re-barreled after leaving the factory. It has that "plum" color to it unlike the rest of the gun.

Sorry if thats not what you wanted to hear, but the color between the barrel & frame in that picture does not look like a perfect match...... let the viewer be the judge. Maybe its the camera. 0 -

With box, I think I am dead on with 375-400/0 -
I think I found the answer from an expert and is as folows
The -1 change in 1967 indicated a 3" heavy barrel and no dashes and -1s were produced concurrently for several years. The no dash guns continued to be produced after the pinned barrel was dropped, as they also were with other J-frame models (like the Model 63). No separate dash number was issued for the change to non-pinned barrels.0
