Dillon 650

I currently reload using an RCBS Rockchucker. My best friend wants to go halves on a Dillon 650 with all the extras About $1,200. Now I know Dillon's are always being touted as about the best you can get, but, is it really worth that much?. I know it will save time and effort. We will probably be loading 1,000 to 1,500 rounds a month each. would a Hornady lock and load be a viable second choice? Thanks for your input, Bob

  I have the 650 and it is everything they claim and more! I don't know what extras you are getting,but the machine alone is only $545.

  For the amount you want to load, it is well worth the investment.

  I have had my 650 for 15+ years and love it. If you break something on it, Dillon will replace the part, they have a great warranty.
  
  Not sure what "extras" you want to get, but $1200 is way high.
