can you and, if so, how do you adjuct a rcbs full sizing die for neck sizing?

Back the die out one or two turns or more until it doesn't hit the shoulder. You might get only part of the neck. It is a hit or moss deal. 0 -
Mark the case shoulder with a magic marker then adjust the die down untill it just smudges the ink without marking the shoulder.
Mark another case and cycle it through the die to verify.
Don't forget to clean any possible ink out of the die.0 -
use a match to smoke the neck and shoulder. Adjust die so that it just barely kisses the shoulder of your fired case. That way you are neck sizing but will never have to full length size to get them to chamber. This is an especially good way for ammo used on the hunt. 0 -
Or just buy a 7/8 flat washer, stone it so there are no burrs, and install it under your lock nut without making any other adjustments. 0 -
