Rebarreling Remington Rolling block

I have two .43 Spanish Remington Rolling Block rifles and would like to re barrel the worst of the them to .38-55 but I have no idea who to contact to get an estimate of cost and feasibility of this conversion. Do any of you folks know of a good gunsmith that you would recommend?
