AR-15 Gas Rings

I have read about a one piece gas ring for an AR-15. Has anyone had any experience using one? Any info is appreciated.

  They are McFarland rings and work great. Midway-Brownells ,etc have them just look under gas rings.

  Thanks for your opinions on the one piece gas ring. I did read the reviews on Midays web site and they agreed with everyone here. Thanks for takeing time to answer my question, the info was welcome.

  Yes and I also use old style solid fireing pin retainer pins instead of the bent wire ones that come stock today, they wont get bent...[;)]
