Need help identifying medals

Can anybody identify what the 3 medals in the bottom row are? Thank you. Not sure about the middle one at all.

  Middle, bottom:
  
  Papal Nuncial crest (Vatican City). Don't know the application, though. May have been issued to a school/church as recognition of a Papal visit.
  
  Loosely similar to the British 'Appointment Crests' issued by the Crown, or the Prince of Wales.
