Log sheet in Excel format

I've searched, but I can't find a good log sheet in excel format. Anybody have one before I go create my own?

Also, if I create my own, what should I include? (I don't have a chrono so I can't put the fps.)

I was thinking:

Caliber
Date
Bullet type
Bullet weight
Powder type
Powder weight
Primer type
Number of loads in the batch

Anything else?

  Case manufcturer
  Case length
  Cartridge OAL
  Crimped, or not
  Number of times reloaded
  A column for notes, such as group size,seated off lands, etc.
