Reloading data for No .410 Shot Shell primers need

Does anyone have any old .410 shot shell loading data? I need info for .410's using old No .410 primers.

  I still use them , I load them the same as normal 209 primers.

  They should be okay with loads using "flake" style powders, however you might want to avoid any loads using "ball" powders. The Federal 410 is lighter than the regular 209 primer and might not give the most consistant ignition with harder to light powders.
