Japaneese officers sword translation???

I am looking for someone or a place where I could get the tang translated from a Jap officers sword. Any ideas or direction would be great. Thank

    Post a pic I can translate. Some swords were altered from family swords for military use and taken to war.

    Waiting for pics. Problem is many swords were cut down to fit military specs and with the tang exposed well that means no handle which is important. What is neat is if you can trace it back to the family and return it, imagine if some japanese person returned your marine uncles'

    This man is an expert, does the Sword Shows so he knows values, and can translate.

    I sent him two old Samurai swords ( circa 1500's 1600's ) and he did it for a reasonable fee.
