Top Shot Revisited
Nononsense: You are being a bit hard on yourself it seems to me. I'm reasonably sure you had nothing to do with the show. The part I liked the best was where the woman couldn't find the target with the spotting scope. I've been there before.

In addition to the woman being unable to find the target through her scope, those shooters seemed to be rather poor shots. The exploding targets looked to be about 4"-6" in diameter. At 50yds and 100yds that should be an easy shot and they were missing over and over.
The guys on the red team fired about 30 shots without a hit, "with a spotter"...... good grief.0 -
I logged into the History Channel and expressed my disappointment in the show. What a waste of electricity and if these are experts, what a sad state of affairs.
I had hoped that they would have experts in different disciplines, get to learn a little about a discipline each week, and then have an all shoot each week to see who was the best overall at the end of the season.0 -
From what I could tell the Spotting scopes where also cheap. 0 -
I was also suprised a t the difficulty the one guy had at 100 yds. Should have been relatively simple. He also barely hit the target where they were picking out the person for the last challenge.
You have to admit though that the young guy was pretty good shooting the rifle at the end.[:D]0 -
I think I could pick four guys here on G.B. and kick their azzes..The kid will be the most trouble as he IS a good rifleman. 0
