recommendations for lightweight quality sporter 2
Just want to thank all of you who responded to my recent query on this topic.
actually price IS a prime consideration, my income is very low but anticipate a small inheritance soon.
looks like for now the winner is a weatherby lightweight (not ultra-light) stainless/synthetic in 308 (would prefer 260 or 7mm08). took to the range yesterday: excellent trigger and 3 shots in 1 hole at 50 (not100) yds. 6 1/2 lbs
