Stag-15 flash suppressor

what is the best way to install the phantom c2 flash suppressor that I b aught for my M-4

don't want to pay a gunsmith (some bad experiences) but don't want to ass up my carbine



any help?

  Use a 5/8" (IIRC) open end wrench and take off the factory FH. Thread on new FH and tighten with proper size wrench.

  You really need to have some way to secure the barrel when removing/tightening the flash hider. The front sight and/or receiver should not be used as a lever to counter the torque of the wrench. Clamp the barrel in a padded vise between the front sight and muzzle.
