Ruger MK II .264 Magnum sold for $1,850 !

Help me understand why a Ruger MKII Model 77 stainless Anniversary Model would bring $1,850 at auction here on Gunbroker just minutes ago. Seems high to me, so what's the deal with these? It was auction #171255890. If this is a true value, mine's going up for auction tomorrow.
