Hogue stock and the Ruger "B" barrel

I am going to buy a hogue stock for my Ruger 77 MKII. Some of the stocks say they are for the "B" barrel. Search as I might I cannot find out what a "B" barrel is. What is it? Far as I know mine is a standard sporter weight.
