? ? ? ? S&W Single shot 22lr ? ? ? ?

Can anyone tell me what model this is. It is a break open single shot, double action 22lr. Thin profile since it doesn't have a cylinder. Has an 8" barrel. Has an ejector to kick case out when opening. It has a front sight but no rear sight which is odd. Thanks for any help.

  The only DA, single shot, .22 target, that S & W made, was the Third Model Single Shot Perfected. Just under 7,000 were made during the early 20th Century.
