Just curious (please review the link below), this seem like a good deal, but why was it not sold? Am I missing something. For $800.00, I would have thought the pistol would have sold.

If you were buying it to collect it is a good price. If you are buy it to shoot a 10mm it is very high. Glock 20 is a better way to go for a shooter. My 2 cents [8D]

Thanks all for the input. I already have an S&W 1006 (10mm) that I love to shoot and thought I'd look into grabbing a Colt Elite as well. It seemed like a good buy, but I thought I'd get some other opinions.

It is a great buy, but make sure you look over all of the DE's on the auctions first.

Price for that particular gun is good.

If you want a "shooter" in 10mm, check out the EAA (Tanfoglio) Witness.

Very comfortable gun to shoot, and it lets you easily change calibers to .38 Super, .45ACP, .40SW, and 9mm luger.

I also hear that a modern recreation of the original Bren Ten is coming on the market soon, and that might be a cool way to go 10mm.
