Pistol Help
Can anybody tell me what this is? A coworker is selling some of his mother in laws guns and can't figure this one out.

Hi I have this pistol it is all chrome it brakes open from the top like a double barrel it has 5 shots the only thing I can find to tell me who made it is on the handel can one tell by the handel who made it here is a picture of it just click on this link

Looks ca 1890s-pre WW-1 Belgian. Check rear cylinder face for the ELG in oval Liege proofmark. 0 -

It is a Belgian copy of the Royal Irish Constabulary revolver. The scalloped type cylinder flutes are characteristic of Belgian guns, as is the safety on the left side. The ELG in an oval is the marking of the Liege Belgium proof house. These were a pretty popular low cost handgun, and were made by dozens of cottage industries. Many were in caliber .320 European Revolver, which is NOT a S&W 32- but .32 Short Colt will work. Values are not high- around $100-$150 as a SWAG. 0 -

Having bought and sold many Belgian pistols ,I would rate yours at at least $400. 0
