Can I change my 9mm PX4 Storm to a 45acp by changing only the slide and the barrel?

  Nope, you will need to change the magazine too, providing that the frames are the same size, in which I highly doubt. Most 9mm's are built on smaller frames than their 45 brethern, or otherwise, people would just opt for the 45.
