Winchester 1300/ D&T at the factory? +DOM

I have one, #L27276xx, that has Weaver bases on it, and I wondered if I should advertise it as factory or not. BTW, anyone have a guess as to DOM?

  OK,I don't care about DOM; how about the drilling and tapping?
