Does anyone know where I can purchase magazine extenders for converting a 13 round magazine to 15 round magazines? Browning claims they never sold them but they were made by Meg-Car. Meg-Car does not list them.

If you can find South African military mags they hold 17 rounds, and just have a very slightly bigger baseplate. They are hard to load, but work well, amd are reasonably cheap.

I have found and bought the 17 round mags, however, I have a few 13 round mags that I want to make 15 round or even 17 round. Browning used a rubber base on the 13 round mags to make the 15 and 17 round mags but no one appears to have any of the rubber bases for sale.

MecGar makes the Browning Factory magazines. You can buy 13 or 15 round magazines from them. MecGar makes their 15 rounders by using a different follower and if you can get their followers you could be in business.

A few year ago I purchased two 17 round magazines for my BHP from Cabela's. They work fine. Don't know if they still have them.
