Help identify cylinder

Can anyone identify this cylinder? It is for a swing out revolver. It is marked "HW7" on the side of the crane; "Cal. 22.L.R." on the side of the cylinder; "1200102" on the top of the crane; and has a "W" in a circle on the rear end of the cylinder. It is 8 shot. Any info appreciated.

  I don't know exactly, but look for "Herman Weirauch" or "Arminius" models made in "West Germany".
