Fabarm lion

Hi I was told this is a fabarm lion. Can anyone tell me anything about this gun? Is this a box lock. Are the side plates just decorative?
Any expected resale value? Is this engraving or etching?

  Take the screw out of the sideplate and see if the hammer is in there, That will tell you if its a true sidelock.
