What are everyones thoughts on the walther P22, Im looking for a .22 that everyone from my parents, girlfriend and myself can enjoy. I really love the look of the walther, any PRO's and CON's I should know about?

  Thinking about buying a walther P22 as a target/play gun. Anyone got any opinions about it?

  There is a .22 enthusiasts web site called rimfire central. You can find it by GOOGLEing. Your Walther is much discussed over there. Many have been worked on, with similar problems to yours. One of the greatest problems with the P 22 is that it is mostly made of Zinc, (potmetal) die castings.
