Life gets complicated for young folks today. The 2nd Amendments says one thing then Federal Laws restrict rights all the time. On top of that individual States can further restrict and over time our children have very little left legaly...
Except for debt!

  Thus they should be well schooled in the meaning and intent of the constitution. With emphasis on BOR and limitations placed on federal govt. by said document.
