Can you Identify this stock?

Given to me today.
It's refinished, but unknown to me.
It has a top piece and a bayonette lug.
There is no action.

Is it worth anything? I have no use for it, so far.

  M1 carbine stock, handguard, & barrel band with bayonet lug.
  
  They will sell on GB, as long as you start your auction at a low price & your photos are good enough to read all markings.

  Refinished, which is not good and perhaps made by Inland, a division of General Motors.
