Stith Master Mount Instructions

Anyone know a source for the instructions to an old Stith "Master" scope mount? This was a fully-adjustable mount for scopes like Stith, Kollmorgan, and Bausch & Lomb. (B&L instructions will NOT help.)

  I don't have the instructions on paper but I do have several of the mounts and use some of them. If you have specific questions, I might be able to help. But I can tell you now; you're going to need a 5/64" Allen wrench--wouldn't hurt to have a couple of 'em.
