Ammo use in Colt .455 Eley

I just purchased an Colt New Service revolver in .455 Eley Caliber. Can I use the .455 Webley cartridge in this revolver? Are there any other options other than the .455 Eley cartridge? Thanks

  The .455 webley ammo is available for About $ 1.00 per round. Not much more than a 44 magnum round if you buy it commercial. I would just buy the ammo and shoot. I don't think this gun will be your every day shooter at the range. If it is it may get a little spendy. It is fun to shoot enjoy.

  There is actually no such caliber as ".455 Eley" - Eley was just one of many ammunition companies.
  
  Also, if your gun has long been in USA, you may find that it has been rechambered for .45 Colt.
